Senior Field HR Business Partner – Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise organization across 103 restaurant locations throughout Washington and British Columbia. This strategic field-based HR role partners closely with District Managers and General Managers to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven HR leader with experience supporting large multi-unit restaurant or retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner supporting approximately 103 restaurant locations.
• Partner with District Managers and General Managers on employee relations, leadership development, and performance management.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide coaching on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Support succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular restaurant visits across Washington and quarterly travel to British Columbia.
• Partner with operations leadership to drive culture, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support change management and strategic HR initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, Regional HR Manager, or Field HR leader supporting multi-unit operations.
• Experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), restaurant franchises, retail, hospitality, or other multi-location service industries strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment law, labor compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence operational leaders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Washington and to British Columbia as business needs require.
