The Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to help Infinitum identify and engage talented people as we continue to grow. This role will focus on proactive sourcing, resume review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, and consistent candidate communication.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and Human Resources to keep each search organized and moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a long-term career in talent acquisition.

What You’ll DoSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and targeted outreach.

Review applications and resumes against position requirements and identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone or video screens to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, motivation, availability, and overall alignment.

Prepare clear screening notes and candidate recommendations for recruiters and hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, including calendars, confirmations, meeting links, instructions, and schedule changes.

Provide timely, professional candidate communication and follow up on interview feedback and next steps.

Maintain accurate candidate records, interview activity, notes, and pipeline stages in Greenhouse.

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand open positions, hiring priorities, and successful candidate profiles.

Support job postings, recruiting reports, offer coordination, pre-employment activities, and onboarding handoffs.

What You’ll BringOne or more years of recruiting, sourcing, interview coordination, human resources, staffing, or related experience. Relevant internships will also be considered.

Experience reviewing resumes, communicating with candidates, or coordinating multi-person schedules.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence conducting professional phone or video conversations.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple positions and deadlines.

Ability to handle candidate and employee information professionally and confidentially.

Comfort learning recruiting technology and working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.A proactive, service-oriented mindset and genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition.

Nice to HaveExperience using Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.

Exposure to recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, or corporate positions.

Experience working in a high-growth technology, hardware, manufacturing, or startup environment.

Familiarity with recruiting metrics, pipeline reporting, or candidate-engagement campaigns.
