Recruiting Lead / Founding Recruiter (B2B SaaS Startup)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week)
Up to $140,000 Base Salary
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiting Lead / Founding Recruiter to build and scale the recruiting function for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for full-cycle recruiting, developing recruiting processes, partnering with hiring managers, and hiring exceptional technical and Go-to-Market (GTM) talent.
•Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
•Recruit technical talent, including Software Engineering, Product, DevOps, Data, and AI professionals.
•Recruit Go-to-Market (GTM) talent, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
•Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop hiring strategies.
•Build and improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows.
•Develop talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies.
•Manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
•Utilize ATS platforms and recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS or software company.
•Experience recruiting both technical and GTM roles.
•Strong passive candidate sourcing experience.
•Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
•Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership.
•Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or similar.
•Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week) in Boston, MA.
•Experience as the first or one of the first in-house recruiters at a B2B SaaS or software company.
•Experience building or scaling a recruiting function from scratch.
•Experience implementing or improving recruiting processes, ATS platforms, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows.
