What You'll Do

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own end-to-end recruitment across our Technology, Strategy & Transformation and Corporate portfolios, partnering closely with leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver great hiring outcomes.
• You'll combine hands-on recruitment with strategic business partnering, bringing market insights, proactive sourcing expertise and commercial thinking to influence hiring decisions and shape attraction strategies.
• Partner with hiring leaders and People Partners to deliver recruitment aligned to business priorities and people plans.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and targeted attraction strategies.
• Use market insights, data and recruitment expertise to guide hiring decisions and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Champion continuous improvement by embracing new technology, AI-enabled tools and smarter ways of working.

What You'll Bring

• You'll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and finding great talent.
• You're commercially minded, curious and proactive, with a passion for delivering great outcomes for both leaders and candidates.
• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder partnering skills, with the confidence to influence and coach hiring leaders.A commercial mindset, using market insights and data to shape recruitment strategies and decisions.
• Experience or a keen interest in contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives, embracing new technology and AI-enabled tools to shape the future of recruitment at Genesis.
