You'll join a highly technical Monetization Ops team that values people who say, "Leave the problem with me, I'll fix it." What You'll Do

• Own the daily AR and collections engine end-to-end, including dunning cadence, prioritized outreach, top-overdue account ownership, and progress tracking against cash targets.
• Be the hands-on NetSuite and ZoneBilling expert diagnosing and resolving billing and revenue issues, executing credit and rebill corrections, and assessing downstream revenue recognition impacts.
• Build reporting, KPIs, payment policies, and SOPs that make collections a reliable, scalable, numbers-first operation.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Customer Support, and Finance to resolve billing disputes, reconcile payment data such as Adyen, and keep month-end AR close items on schedule.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a small, highly capable AR and collections team, and design the long-term operating model for in-house versus offshore or BPO work while staying close to the work yourself.
• Lead structured reviews on the largest overdue accounts with sales leadership, presenting clear data, action plans, and driving accountability through to resolution.

What You'll Bring

• As a Senior Operations Manager: AR & Billing, you have 10+ years across the order-to-cash cycle in finance and operations, with deep hands-on billing, AR, and collections experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• At least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, comfortable transacting, troubleshooting, and configuring.
• Experience with a subscription billing platform such as ZoneBilling/ZAB, Zuora, Chargebee, or Recurly, Salesforce for quote-to-invoice tracing, and AR automation tools.
• A track record of owning complex billing and revenue incidents end-to-end, including diagnosis, remediation, communication, and closure with clear numeric updates.
• Experience coaching or leading small technical finance and ops teams and managing offshore or BPO partners, building credibility by being knowledgeable and supportive.
• Resilient, calm, and collaborative under pressure, you build strong internal relationships, navigate conflict constructively, and thrive while working with EU time zone overlap.
