Customer Operations Manager

Onsite, direct hire Customer Operations Manager opportunity in Austin, TX with a global technology solutions company.

The Customer Operations Manager, North America leads the building and execution of unified, scalable customer operations across the region, leading and developing the Customer Operations team to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience from client onboarding and service delivery to ongoing support.

Responsibilities include establishing the North American customer operations model, leading a high-performing Lifecycle Management team, overseeing client management, service delivery, and customer engagement, collaborating with global and regional leadership to unify operations, driving efficiency and scalability through process improvement and data-driven KPIs, recruiting and coaching team members, and leading customer experience initiatives.

Requires 10 plus years of experience in customer operations or customer service leadership, a proven track record leading teams and improving processes, experience in international or matrix organizations, demonstrated success implementing scalable systems, strong business acumen, a bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational education, and excellent communication skills.
