The Operations Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the overall hotel with regard to Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention and Event Services. The Operations Manager will assist and represent the General Manager as needed.
The Operations Manager is directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of operational procedures in every department of hotel to include reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for Operations. The duties and responsibilities of the Operation Manager are subject to change based on operational needs.

The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls in repetitive motions. Requires full sight and hearing capacity. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
