Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and consistent execution.
• Coach, mentor, and develop an experienced, highly engaged operations team.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute growth initiatives and support expansion plans.
• Monitor daily business performance, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Analyze KPIs, operational metrics, and sales performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Help drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and expand service utilization.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to support customer engagement and business growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Standardize operational processes and implement best practices across all locations.
• Travel between locations to provide leadership, coaching, and operational support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site operations, practice management, or business leadership experience.

Required Skills

• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong operational mindset with experience improving processes and driving efficiency.
• Comfortable using KPIs, reporting, and data to make business decisions.
• Customer-focused with a natural ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to travel between regional locations as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, medical practices, wellness, hospitality, retail, or another service-oriented industry is highly valued.
