Finance Associate – 3–5 PQE (England & Wales Qualified)

A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions across the Middle East, advising leading financial institutions, sponsors, borrowers and investors on complex financing matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general corporate lending.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents and related transaction documentation.
• Supporting lenders, sponsors, corporates and investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Assisting with transaction structuring, due diligence and deal execution.
• Working closely with partners and senior associates on high-profile regional and international mandates.
• Coordinating with clients, local counsel and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• England & Wales qualified lawyer with 3–5 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier law firm.
• Strong training and experience gained within a leading banking and finance practice.
• Experience advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general corporate lending.
• Excellent drafting, technical and analytical skills.
• Commercially aware with strong communication and relationship management abilities.
• Motivated, collaborative and keen to develop within a leading finance practice.
