Global OEM Sales Manager

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Global OEM Sales Manager – Industrial Markets for our client, a growing manufacturing company in Rochester NY. This is a hybrid role that requires travel.

Global OEM Sales Manager Position Summary

As the Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding business within industrial OEM markets while managing strategic customer relationships and driving new revenue opportunities.

Global OEM Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business across multiple industrial market segments, including transportation, power generation, mobile hydraulics, and general industrial applications.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with OEM customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while achieving revenue growth objectives.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with purchasing, engineering, operations, product management, and executive leadership.
• Represent the company at customer visits, industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through contract execution.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and prepare customer proposals.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and budgetary quotations.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate technical value propositions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and business development updates.

Global OEM Sales Manager Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful technical OEM sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience selling engineered or highly technical products into industrial markets.
• Strong business development and strategic account management skills.
• Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive-level decision makers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with CRM software; ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout North America and Europe.
• Ability to work hybrid and travel to customer and prospect meetings.
