Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for someone looking for strong earning potential, hands-on training, and long-term growth. Agents on this team earn an average of $122,000 per year.

In this role, you will meet with clients, review their needs, and help guide them through personalized solutions. You will not be responsible for generating your own leads. We provide access to qualified clients, along with the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and review their needs
• Educate clients on available options
• Help clients choose solutions that fit their situation
• Complete applications and guide clients through the process
• Follow a proven sales system with support from leadership
• Attend training, mentorship, and team development sessions
