Accountant / Finance & Business Advisory Consultant

AWA Consultancy – Safe Choice Consultancy LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant / Finance & Business Advisory Consultant to join its growing team in the UAE. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on both internal financial operations and a variety of client advisory projects across multiple industries.

The selected candidate will contribute to accounting, financial analysis, business consultancy, and corporate advisory assignments while helping clients improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining accounting expertise with strategic business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and day-to-day financial reporting activities.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis and evaluate business performance.
• Develop feasibility studies, business plans, and investment proposals.
• Support business setup, restructuring, and corporate advisory engagements.
• Conduct market research and prepare professional business reports and presentations.
• Advise clients on financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, taxation, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with strategic planning, operational enhancements, and management consultancy projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CA, ACCA, or CMA qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or consultancy.
• Good understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• ERP systems and accounting software
• UAE accounting practices, VAT, and regulatory compliance
