Role DefinitionThe Sales Director leads Caterpillar’s Oil & Gas Power Systems business across EAME and AP, driving profitable growth through dealers, National Oil Companies, and key customer accounts.

The role is responsible for sales, margin, aftermarket performance, customer satisfaction, dealer development, and strategic account management while serving as the primary liaison between Caterpillar, dealers, and customers.

The position leads regional sales, aftermarket, technical support, and dealer development teams, working closely with cross-functional partners to execute growth strategies, expand market share, and deliver superior customer outcomes.

As a senior leader, the incumbent develops high-performing teams, builds strong customer and dealer relationships, and drives continuous business improvement aligned with Caterpillar’s enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.
• Develop sales and marketing plan and manage merchandising plans to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues;
• Overseeing service goodwill spending on all products within the industry segment.
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive leadership experience in sales, dealer operations, product support, or commercial management.
• Proven success leading leaders and delivering business results.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Global business experience;
• Oil & Gas industry knowledge preferred.
• This position requires working onsite five days a week.
