About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a premier consultancy seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Residential Valuations to enhance and lead their expanding valuations team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver best‑in‑class residential valuation services, uphold international standards, and streamline operational processes.

You will oversee reporting and quality assurance, manage financial performance, foster client relationships, and support business‑development efforts.

Key Duties

• Prepare comprehensive residential valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book requirements and local regulations.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics—sales prices, rental yields and demand patterns—in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Conduct detailed property inspections, ensuring accurate, well‑documented findings.
• Craft clear, informative property and locality descriptions for inclusion in valuation deliverables.
• Review and sign off on colleagues’ reports to guarantee quality, consistency and compliance.
• Supply timely market intelligence to research and advisory colleagues.
• Allocate and manage team workloads, establish priorities and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Chair regular team meetings, mentor junior staff and champion continuous technical development.
• Devise and maintain robust fee structures to meet profitability targets.
• Monitor departmental budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with proposal preparation and fee quotations, liaising with the administrative team.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and records management across all assignments.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on recruitment, staff matters and financial processes.
• Experience
• Substantial experience in residential property valuation within the UAE market.
• Demonstrable leadership or supervisory experience within a valuations team.
• In‑depth knowledge of RICS standards—including the Red Book, Code of Conduct and IPMS.Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related discipline.RICS membership (or equivalent professional accreditation) is highly desirable.
