How You’ll Make An ImpactLead digitalization initiatives and business process automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive performance scorecards for informed decision-making.

Analyze and visualize data from various enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP, to generate actionable insights.

Support continuous improvement programs through audits, corrective actions, and risk management strategies.

Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate reporting, compliance tracking, and business workflows.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics within relevant sectors.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and the development of management reporting systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making and reporting efficiency.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Enablon, along with dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
