Insurance Operations Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our team in Dubai. In this versatile role, you will support either our Medical or Motor insurance departments. You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end operational lifecycle of insurance policies—from initial quotations and placements to policy issuance, customer relationship management, and ongoing policy amendments,

Key Responsibilities

• Quotations & Placements: Gather customer requirements to prepare and present competitive insurance quotation comparison charts for new and renewal leads. Assist in placing policies efficiently with insurance companies.
• Policy Issuance: Issue motor insurance policies, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Policy Maintenance (Additions/Deletions): Process client requests for policy amendments, additions, and deletions by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Client & Partner Relations: Follow up regularly with customers to convert queries into closed business. Maintain strong relationships and rapport with both clients and insurance companies to ensure quick turnaround times (TAT).
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales Agents, Underwriters, and internal teams to gather client documentation, risk assessments, and verify policy accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh Graduates are welcome!).
• Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Key Attributes: * Excellent time management and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and insurance partners.
