Senior SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior SAP FICO Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), FSCM, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities to engage business stakeholders, drive solution design, manage SAP project delivery, and support enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Solution Architecture & Design
• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance solution design and implementation.
• Define SAP FICO architecture aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Design scalable and compliant finance processes utilizing SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Provide solution recommendations for complex business requirements and process improvements.
• Drive SAP best practices and governance standards across projects.SAP FICO Functional Leadership
• Configure and support:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Product Costing
• Internal Orders
• Funds Management (FM)
• Financial Supply Chain management
• Intercompany Processes
• Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Project & Stakeholder Management
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Manage change requests, enhancements, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with business users, management, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Present solution options and recommendations to senior management.
• Integration Management
• Lead integration of SAP FICO with:
• Materials Management (MM)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Project Systems (PS)
• Human Capital Management (HCM/HR)
• Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA)
• Production Planning (PP)
• Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the enterprise landscape.
• Support & Continuous Improvement
• Provide support for production issues and critical incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead upgrades, enhancement packs, and support package implementations.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and service delivery standards.
• Compliance & Governance
• Support VAT, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Design and implement financial controls within SAP.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Participate in audit reviews and compliance assessments.
• Experience & Education:
• Should have 5+ years of experience in end-to-end SAP Finance solution design and implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.SAP Certification is mandatory for this role
