Core Responsibilities

1. Cloud Ship Room Process Assessment

• Assess current ship room workflows across:
• M365 public cloud regions
• Sovereign cloud environments
• Identify fragmentation, duplication, and inconsistencies across teams.
• Evaluate the feasibility and value of consolidating ship room processes.
• Identify best practices that can be transferred between execution models.

2. Public vs. Sovereign Cloud Operating Model Analysis

• Compare architectural and operational differences between:
• Public cloud build‑outs
• Sovereign cloud build‑outs
• Highlight where execution models must diverge vs. where standardization is realistic.
• Provide clarity on process, governance, and operating model differences, not deep technical design.

3. Security & Privacy Engineering Maturity Evaluation

• Assess security and privacy engineering maturity across cloud build initiatives.
• Identify:
• Maturity gaps
• Lack of dedicated security/privacy support
• Areas where teams are under‑resourced or immature
• Provide recommendations for dedicated support teams and operating model improvements.
