Foreman / Project Manager

Residential Renovation — New York City

Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM NYC job sites, primarily Manhattan W-2 position

Overall Renovation, Inc. is a licensed general contractor specializing in high-end apartment renovations — kitchens,

bathrooms, and full guts in Manhattan co-ops and condos. We're hiring an experienced Foreman/Project Manager

to run active job sites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run job sites day-to-day, from demo through punch list

Supervise subcontractors — plumbing, electrical, tile, carpentry

Enforce quality, schedule & site protection standards

Coordinate with building supers, management companies & inspectors

Track material deliveries & client-supplied finishes

Daily progress updates to office & clients

WHAT YOU NEED

5+ years residential renovation, with 2+ years running crews — NYC co-op/condo experience strongly preferred

Valid driver's license & your own car — travel between sites

Reads plans & scopes of work; DOB permits & LAA familiarity a plus

OSHA 30 SST card required for NYC sites

English required; Spanish a plus Authorized to work in the US

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$75,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience — W-2 position
