Delivery Manager/Scrum Master

I'm partnering with a global consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation, as they continue to grow their award-winning Digital Product Engineering team.

This is not your typical Scrum Master role.

They're looking for a Delivery Manager who thrives in modern product engineering environments and can help high-performing teams deliver exceptional software using Lean, Agile, Kanban, XP and DevOps principles—not simply facilitate ceremonies.

You'll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers and Platform teams to improve delivery flow, coach cross-functional teams, remove blockers and create an environment where great products are delivered predictably and sustainably.

• We're looking for someone who has:
• Experience leading Agile delivery within software engineering teams
• A pragmatic approach to Agile, Lean and Flow—not process for process' sake
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• A passion for improving delivery, quality and team effectiveness
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• A data-led mindset, using delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Experience with cloud-native environments, CI/CD, Kubernetes, GCP or modern engineering practices would be advantageous.
