Lead Product Manager

Partners Group is searching for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team in the US. The Product Management team takes full ownership of steering and executing key initiatives across the entire lifecycle of our private markets fund programs.

Key responsibilities include leading new product launches, delivering critical fund restructurings, and driving superior stakeholder satisfaction with both clients and service providers.

The successful candidate will be working within the Product Management team in Denver, which is responsible for a wide range of investment programs ranging from our flagship private market funds to bespoke separately managed accounts and evergreen funds marketed globally.

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of the Product Management team with the following responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact product launch projects and complex fund restructurings end-to-end, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships during product onboarding and across the product lifecycle, anticipating risks early and proactively solving problems.
• Champion project portfolio optimization through automation and digitization, unlocking efficiency gains and scalable operating models.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales-shaping winning client solutions while confidently positioning operational strengths and guardrails.
• Elevate team performance by mentoring junior team members and delivering practical, targeted training for broader impact.
• Drive innovation in product development and operations, converting ideas into measurable improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for the team and wider business, delivering outcomes that move the needle.
