[What you will be working on]

CSP builds digital products that help individuals better understand their skills, explore career opportunities, and make informed decisions about their career and learning journey.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to build and operate reliable, user-centric digital services. You will have the opportunity to contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from understanding problems and designing solutions to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and backend services.
• Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Take ownership of engineering tasks and features from problem discovery through production delivery.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, balancing quality, maintainability, delivery speed, and operational needs.
• Build reliable and observable systems, and troubleshoot production issues when they arise.
• Improve engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, monitoring, and developer experience.
• Review code, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
• Explore and adopt appropriate technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and product outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

• Hands-on software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Experience in both frontend and backend development, with strong capability in at least one area and willingness to work across the stack.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, such as:
• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, or equivalent.
• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, application architecture, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar problems, navigate an existing codebase, and remove blockers.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to pick up new technologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

[What would be advantageous]

• Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS services, containers, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and production operations.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Experience with automated testing and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools effectively.
