Uber Health is moving the world by ensuring that transportation is never a barrier to care. As a Senior Growth Account Executive within the U4B Health Mid-Market team, you will be at the forefront of this mission, managing and expanding relationships with key healthcare organizations like MCOs and Large Health Systems.
You aren't just managing accounts; you are solving complex logistics problems for healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
The work is fast-paced, often ambiguous, and high-stakes, as the partnerships you build directly impact access to medical services. This role requires a "go-get-it" attitude and a high degree of ownership to navigate the messy reality of healthcare infrastructure.

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
