Account Executive - Salesforce Professional Services

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Executive/Manager to help grow our Salesforce Professional Services business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building pipelines, and excels at closing deals.

• Drives sales revenue mostly through new customer acquisition via Outbound (85%).
• Responsible for taking ownership of an individual sales quota.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with prospective customers and Salesforce Account Executives in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new logo business for AppShark.
• Responsible for managing the whole lead-to-closure sales process.
• Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of the AppShark services, and close warm leads generated by the marketing team.
• Work towards exceeding assigned business, pipeline, and revenue goals while ensuring a customer-first approach.
• Maintain the CRM with a high volume of leads and effectively manage an account set, keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.
• Communicate with the management team and team members to increase client satisfaction, opportunity conversion, and drive overall sales improvements.

Desired Profile

• Total 5 years of experience with Minimum 1 year experience as a Salesforce Professional Services AE and experience working with Salesforce Account Executives or worked in Salesforce as an AE
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hunger for Org and Self-Growth.
• Worked with a High Growth Sales Tech stack.
• Highly ICP Focused, do research on companies/target audience, and build an effective sales pipeline, initiate conversations with high-profile personas of the companies you are prospecting

Compensation - $150K to $200K (OTE, On-Target Earnings - Up to $120K base, rest is commission).

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
