monday.com is now the application layer for AI, and that calls for a new kind of partner: one that focuses on making concrete AI use cases come to life for customers. This role owns building and running the partner recruitment engine for the strategic emerging partnerships cohort at scale.

You will source the right partners, bring the best options forward for decision, and turn new partners into producing partners fast.

What You'll Do

• Source and triangulate strategic emerging partners: LinkedIn research, look-alike modeling, and mining our own customer base for companies that could drive net-new logos.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle, from first conversation and initial business development through signed agreement, onboarding, and active co-selling.
• Build cross-functional momentum by advocating for partner needs internally, working across CPMs, Sales, and Partnerships leadership to clear the path from signed to producing.
• Craft clever, targeted outreach and follow up strategically at scale.
• Create collateral as needed and continuously optimize messaging libraries.
• Run partner info sessions and cohort webinars to convert interest into signed agreements.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns: ads, team banners, and consulting-targeted survey campaigns.
• Help land marquee partners; propose the investment required.
• Build cohort-specific onboarding and training so partners reach first dollar fast.
• Operate a lightweight recruiting cadence and surface qualified, prioritized options up for decision.

Success Milestones

• 0–3 months: Learn the programs and partner personas; stand up the recruiting stack; launch the first info session and build a prioritized target list.
• 3–6 months: Sign and onboard the first cohort; activate through account mapping; support landing the first marquee partner.
• 12 months: A repeatable recruiting engine producing a steady cohort cadence; most partners reaching first dollar in under 90 days; at least one marquee partner live.

Your Experience And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in partner recruitment, business development, or outbound sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech-adjacent environment.
• Proven experience in partner development, business development, or outbound sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech-adjacent environment.
• Comfortable building from scratch and moving fast at scale; scrappy, trend-aware, and signal-driven.
• Strong outbound and relationship-building skills: you detect intent early and follow up with precision.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments where relationships, persistence, and sound judgment matter more than inherited playbooks.
• Able to grasp technical and product concepts quickly, and genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping partner ecosystems. Familiarity with agentic AI tools is a plus.
• Organized and data-driven: you run a clean pipeline and know which metrics matter at each stage.
• Comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, CPMs, and Partnerships leadership, without direct authority.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI delivery models or partner enablement.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $180,000-$230,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.

Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
