Our client, an international law firm, is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to its London office. Working across two of the firm's core practice groups, you'll play a strategic role in supporting client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and contributing to the firm's continued growth.

This isn't a role dominated by pitches and proposals. Instead, you'll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on key client accounts, helping to shape go-to-market strategies, identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional client service.

You'll also have the support of a Business Development Executive, providing an opportunity to mentor, develop and help shape their career.

Previous experience across both Corporate and Litigation isn't essential. What matters most is a solid legal business development background, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across different practice areas.

The London office is home to around 350 people - large enough to offer excellent resources and career opportunities, yet small enough for you to build meaningful relationships across the business and become a recognised and valued member of the team.
