About the Role
This is not a traditional campaign management position.
We're looking for someone who understands how modern digital marketing works across the entire customer lifecycle and can execute a connected customer journey that spans content, email, website, products, books, membership, social media, podcasts, and AI-driven search.
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategy into execution while coordinating initiatives across internal teams and agency partners.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing customer journey strategy with leadership as they are managing projects, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll DoCustomer Journey & Growth
- Execute and continuously improve the Amy Myers MD customer journey across all marketing channels
- Ensure every campaign supports a connected educational experience rather than operating independently
- Identify customer journey gaps and recommend improvements based on performance data
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, new launches, and long-term marketing strategy
Content & Editorial Strategy
- Coordinate content across website, blog, podcast, email, social media, books, and membership
- Help organize content around customer needs, health topics, and proprietary educational frameworks
- Work with writers, designers, medical reviewers, and agency partners to ensure content consistency
- Support implementation of AI-search-friendly content strategies while maintaining strong SEO fundamentals
Campaign Management
- Manage cross-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution
- Coordinate product launches, book launches, webinars, seasonal campaigns, and educational initiatives
- Ensure messaging remains consistent across all customer touchpoints
- Develop timelines, manage priorities, and keep projects moving forward
CRM & Email Marketing
- Help build and optimize customer journeys within the CRM
- Improve segmentation, automation, personalization, and nurture campaigns
- Work with quiz, lead generation, and customer lifecycle initiatives
- Optimize customer communication based on behavior and interests
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Partner with website and SEO teams to improve content organization and user experience
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey
- Support implementation of educational resource hubs and optimized content architecture
- Monitor customer behavior and recommend improvements based on analytics
Analytics & Performance
- Track KPIs across the marketing ecosystem
- Build dashboards and communicate insights to leadership
- Measure campaign effectiveness and customer journey performance
- Recommend data-driven improvements based on business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey management
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content strategy
- Experience working with analytics platforms including Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, wellness, healthcare, supplements, nutrition, or consumer education
- Experience supporting membership or subscription businesses
- Understanding of AI-powered search trends and modern content strategy
- Experience managing agency relationships
- Experience working with editorial calendars and content production workflows
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and customer behavior analysis
