We're a Pittsburgh-grown portfolio of beauty and aesthetics brands: Avere Beauty, a four-location med spa ranked among the top 5 med spas in Pennsylvania; Avere Cosmetics, our physician-formulated skincare line; Maniküre, our luxury nail studio; and Aura Hair Salon in Lawrenceville.

Founded in January 2020, we grew from one room and one injector into one of the state's leading aesthetics companies in six years, and we're still accelerating: new locations & new brands.

The Role

This is not a "sit at the desk" job and it's not a "just make it pretty" job. You'll be the hands-on growth engine across the portfolio — equally comfortable shooting content in a treatment room at 10am and presenting booking-conversion numbers at 4pm. You'll report directly to the COO and work alongside our operations team, with real budget and real authority to move fast.

Creative:

• Design campaign assets across Instagram, paid social, email, print, and in-location signage for four distinct brand identities
• Shoot and edit photo and video content: treatment content, provider spotlights, before/afters, Reels
• Own the content calendar across brand accounts; plan, produce, schedule, and publish
• Maintain and evolve brand systems (typography, palettes, templates) so every brand stays distinct and consistent
• Growth:
• Own the numbers that matter: new client acquisition, booking volume, revenue per campaign, cost per acquired client, membership enrollment, retention and rebooking rates
• Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta primary, Google secondary) end to end: audience strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, weekly reporting
• Run local SEO and reputation strategy across four Google Business Profiles
• Build and optimize email/SMS flows for pre-booking, winbacks, and promotions
• Report weekly on what worked, what didn't, and what we're changing — with numbers, not vibes
• What You Must Have3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with demonstrable growth outcomes — you can show us campaigns you personally built and the revenue or client growth they produced (portfolio and numbers required at interview)
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva required;
• Adobe suite or equivalent a strong plus) and real photography/videography ability — phone-first is fine, quality is not negotiable
• Working command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Business Profile, and email/SMS platforms
• Comfort with data: you can pull, read, and act on performance reports without waiting for someone to interpret them
• Beauty, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, or hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh area; regular presence at our locations is part of the job — this is where the content lives

As we add locations and brands, the person who owns growth marketing today is positioned to build and lead the team of tomorrow — content creators, paid media specialists, and location marketing coordinators would report into the structure you help design.
