Our client are a market leading and multi award winning inbound marketing consultancy. They are part of a larger global communications group who are one of the UK’s top 20 PR agencies and provide a wide portfolio of services that are tailored to each client.

Services they provide include content generation, SEO, Social Media marketing, Web Development and Marketing Automation and their cutting edge technology software allows them to consistently be at the forefront of the market. Working with an array of clients in various sectors, (including two recent wins with huge international technology companies), it’s an exciting time for the agency.

They are looking to heavily expand the search side of the business and are looking for ambitious people to join them! At the moment they have an opening for an Account manager; this candidate will have a passion in SEO and PPC and will see themselves in more of a client facing role rather than purely technical.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager: Working on two of the agency’s largest accounts, the Account Manager will build and manage relationships with different personnel within the accounts and assist with their SEO and PPC problems, in order to improve their business performance.

You will have a dedicated technical team who will implement the SEO and PPC and you will manage the relationships with the clients and ensure the campaigns are working effectively.

You will ideally meet with both clients once a week in order to maintain strong relationships.

Any issues that arise with the clients digital marketing you will be the point of call.

Ideally you will reach out to others within the organisation and promote our clients additional inbound marketing services.

You will have an integral role in the agency and be the 'go to person’ for both clients.

About You

The ideal Account Manager will have at least 12 - 18 months experience in a Digital Agency, either in an Executive or Account Manager position.

The candidate does not need to be advanced in their technical knowledge of SEO and PPC but they need to know the principles and must want to learn more about the two services.

As this is a client facing role the candidate must want to be in a more relationship management role, where they will need to talk about SEO and PPC but not be the number one technical person within the team.

It’s very important the candidate can build relationships, is personable and also is charismatic.

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A natural 'people person’.
