Remote Mid-Senior Digital Marketer – B2B SaaS Growth

Join a fast-growing AI interviewer platform as a hands-on digital marketing expert focused on driving organic growth for a B2B SaaS product. This fully remote contract role requires you to independently build and execute the first version of the growth engine, with a strong emphasis on measurable business results.

You will be responsible for increasing qualified company signups, improving signup-to-activation conversion rates, and boosting consistent product usage.

The role involves building a compelling LinkedIn presence, creating and managing short-form video content, developing high-intent SEO and AI search content, optimizing the user journey, and leveraging AI and automation tools to run efficient campaigns and growth experiments. The initial engagement is for one month, with the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

Deliverables Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy tailored to B2B SaaS Build and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence to attract and engage target audiences Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social channels Research, write, and optimize high-intent SEO and AI search content to drive qualified traffic Analyze and optimize the full user journey from signup to activation and ongoing usage Design and run growth experiments using AI and automation tools to maximize efficiency Track, report, and improve key business metrics related to user acquisition and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience growing B2B SaaS products or brands, with a focus on organic marketing Demonstrated ownership of key business metrics and ability to deliver measurable results Strong background in content marketing, including video and SEO-driven content Proficiency with LinkedIn marketing and social media management Experience using AI and automation tools for marketing campaigns and experiments Analytical mindset with the ability to review and optimize user journeys Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-starter who can work independently and execute strategies hands-on Availability for a one-month remote contract, with potential for extension
