Seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our clients expanding HR team. This role will partner directly with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, lead through change, and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and talent development, and someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. This will report to a Senior Manager and then to VP of HR in Houston. Position sits in Arlington with the CHRO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on recruiting, performance managementand workforce planning.
• Use people analytics and key HR metrics to assess trends, present insights, and informdata driven decisions.
• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers on complexHR issues in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Support the design and implementation of succession planning, talent development andretention strategies.
• Partner with leadership on change management initiatives and engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain upto date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards and Recruiting to align with the business needs.

Qualifications

• WORKDAY IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldpreferred
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience supporting diverse clientgroups
• Proven success using data and HR metrics to influence strategic decisions.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance frameworks, and HR policydevelopment.
• Strong relationship management, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and facilitating performanceimprovement.
