Job OverviewHuman Resources Manager

This isn't a traditional HR role.

You'll work closely with ownership, General Managers, and department leaders across multiple locations to support hiring, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Support leaders with employee relations and performance issues
• Manage compliance, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims
• Oversee benefits administration
• Improve hiring, onboarding, and retention processes
• Help develop leaders and strengthen the employee experience
• Partner with leadership on organizational growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Automotive experience preferred
• Multi-location experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
