Associate 360 Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Built Environment

📍 Austin, Texas (On-site)

💰 $40,000 base + uncapped commission

💰$55-60,000 OTE in first year

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
• Growing your niche market within technology or built environment
• Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
• Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)
