Talent Acquisition Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring initiatives across their campus/early career functions. This role requires a consultative recruiter with significant exposure to technology recruiting, employment-based immigration processes, relocation programs, and offer negotiation.

The agreement will start with a temporary 3-6 month term. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, managing the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

This individual will collaborate closely with HR, legal, hiring managers, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support critical talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, corporate, and professional-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define position requirements, and align hiring plans with business objectives.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on employment-based immigration processes, including visa sponsorships, transfers, work authorization requirements, and candidate mobility considerations.
• Coordinate and support domestic and international relocation activities for new hires.
• Lead candidate offer development and compensation discussions, including negotiation of employment terms and contract arrangements.
• Provide guidance on recruiting compliance and ensure hiring practices align with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 7+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including technology recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, telecommunications, or related functions.
• Experience supporting employment-based visa sponsorships and transfers, including H-1B, TN, OPT/CPT, L-1, and other work authorization processes.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international employee relocations.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
• Experience managing offer negotiations, employment contracts, and compensation discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships across all organizational levels.
• Experience working within applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Lever, Success

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
• Background in both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Experience partnering with immigration counsel and relocation vendors.
