🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Talent Attraction Partner (Hybrid / High-Growth Tech Leader) 🚀Are you a proactive recruiter or sourcer who loves hunting for top sales talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences?I’m currently hiring Talent Attraction Partners to join a global leader in enterprise cloud software and CRM technology!📌 The Details at a Glance:💰 Pay Rate: $38.81 / hour📍 Locations: Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, or NYC🏢 Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in hub offices)⏱️ Schedule: Full-time (First Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)⚡ Interview Process: Fast-tracked (1-round interview, no assessments!)🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering directly with Talent Delivery teams to drive top-of-the-funnel talent attraction for high-impact sales roles.
Engaging in daily passive sourcing and outbound outreach to top sales talent.
Conducting thorough candidate phone screens to assess competencies and alignment.
Cultivating candidate relationships to enrich talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.✅ What We’re Looking For:2–8 years of recruiting, sourcing, or candidate assessment experience.
Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Sales Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Self-starters with strong organizational skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.
