Luxury Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our flagship New York City location.

What You'll Do

As the Spa Operations Manager, you will oversee one of New York City's premier luxury skincare destination.

Your responsibilities include

• Lead daily operations while maintaining Joanna Vargas' luxury service standards
• Inspire, coach, and develop the team
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional personalized experience
• Partner closely with estheticians and provide individualized client care protocols
• Conduct team meetings, mentoring and coaching sessions
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and classic charm
• Work directly with the General Manager while collaborating regularly with the CEO on strategic initiatives
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiency
• Drive weekly and monthly goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, medical aesthetics, wellness, or spa operations
• Proven experience leading teams
• Strong sales enlightenment and leadership with a history of driving revenue growth
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and executive presence
• High emotional intelligence with excellent conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong computer skills and scheduling software experience
• Open availability, including four weekdays and one weekend day

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Base (varies based on experience) + Commission on facial package sales
