About America’s Hospitality Group

America’s Hospitality Group (AHG) provides concierge, resident services, hospitality staffing, and operational support for luxury residential communities across multiple markets.

We are launching concierge services at a new two-building luxury residential property in Atlanta on September 1 and need an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to start immediately.

The Opportunity

Your first priority will be to build the operation before launch.

You will recruit, interview, hire, schedule, and train the concierge team so both buildings are fully staffed and ready by September 1.

After launch, you will lead daily concierge operations, manage the client relationship, maintain service standards, coach employees, and ensure dependable coverage across both buildings.

This role is for someone who can build quickly, create structure, and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Start immediately and build the concierge team before the September 1 launch
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train concierge employees
• Create schedules and ensure full coverage across both buildings
• Prepare the team for a client meet-and-greet before launch
• Build SOPs, shift procedures, logs, and reporting systems
• Work directly with property management and AHG leadership
• Oversee daily concierge and resident-services operations after launch
• Coach employees and address attendance or performance concerns
• Resolve resident concerns and service issues professionally
• Conduct property walks and maintain luxury residential standards
• Support future Atlanta property launches and market growth

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, concierge, hotel front office, guest services, luxury residential, multifamily, or property operations
• Leadership, supervisory, scheduling, hiring, or team-management experience
• Ability to recruit and prepare a reliable team under a firm deadline
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Professional and confident working with residents, employees, property management, and company leadership
• Organized, accountable, and able to make decisions without constant direction
• Reliable transportation and flexibility based on launch and operational needs

We will also consider an exceptional Lead Concierge, Front Office Supervisor, Guest Services Supervisor, or Assistant Manager who is ready to step into operations leadership.
