Commercial Manager

From our carbon-neutral brewery in Galway, we’ve scaled rapidly across Ireland (+650 stores) with exciting new product launches, retail partnerships, and expansion plans for 2026.

As we continue to grow and target new domestic and international markets, we’re searching for an experienced Commercial Manager to own some of our most important customer relationships and help the team reach our ambitious sales targets for 2026 and beyond.

What the role will involveAs Commercial Manager, you will take full ownership of key sales channels, driving growth, and championing our brand in the market.

You will work closely with our founders, senior leadership team and sales team.

The successful candidate will focus on improving commercial performance rather than simply selling into new accounts.

Key responsibilities include

• Analysing sales and customer data to identify commercial opportunities (new and existing customers)
• Working closely with distributors to improve rate of sale and execution.
• Developing strategies to increase sales across existing customers and channels.
• Building commercial reporting and performance dashboards.
• Supporting forecasting, promotions and commercial planning.
• Spending time in the trade to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ideally experienced in FMCG (8+ years)
