We are seeking an "IT Director" who will strategically manage our company's technological infrastructure, information systems, cyber security operations, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all IT operations run seamlessly, securely, and in full alignment with overall business objectives.

Main ResponsiblitiesDefine long-term IT roadmaps aligned with corporate growth targets; lead infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Ensure uninterrupted, high-performance, and scalable operations of system architectures, networks, data centers (on-premise/cloud), and communication systems.

Coordinate the management, optimization, and process integration of enterprise resource planning (ERP), CRM, and other core business applications used within the company.

Protect company data and information systems; implement robust cyber security policies, business continuity, and disaster recovery (DR) plans while ensuring compliance with legal data protection regulations.

Plan and control the annual IT department budget (Capex/Opex); oversee software, hardware, licensing, and IT vendor/consultancy procurement. Lead, mentor, and foster the development of the IT team.

Qualifications and ExperienceGraduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and software management within large-scale companies (with at least 5 years in a senior management position).

Active, hands-on experience in leading large-scale ERP implementation/migration projects and cloud architecture transformations.

Strong knowledge of cyber security standards and IT governance protocols.

Proven track record of managing multi-functional IT teams (Systems, Network, Software Development, Technical Support).

Advanced skills in strategic thinking, budget/P&L management, problem-solving, and executive communication.
