Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web Project Manager / Technical Account Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise web development and digital modernization projects for a Higher Education client.

The ideal candidate will manage project planning, stakeholder communication, Agile delivery, resource coordination, risk management, and service delivery while serving as the primary liaison between the client and technical teams. Experience managing WordPress-based web projects and cross-functional teams is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise web development and website modernization projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide regular project status updates.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and technical teams.
• Monitor project performance, service levels, documentation, and reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise web development or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing WordPress or enterprise CMS-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, project governance, and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
