About the Role

We're looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager to support the end-to-end launch of a Commercial Card Programme. You'll work with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and external partners to deliver a successful card launch from planning through post-launch stabilization.

• Singapore (Telok Blangah / Raffles Place)

Contract

• 9–18 months Potential for extension or permanent conversion
• USD payout

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO activities for an end-to-end commercial card launch.
• Develop and manage project plans, governance, RAID logs, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
• Drive testing activities (SIT, UAT, operational readiness, cutover, and hypercare).
• Manage third-party vendors, card processors, and payment network dependencies.
• Ensure timely delivery while managing risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of Project Management or PMO experience within Banking, Cards, Payments, or FinTech.
• Experience delivering an end-to-end card launch, issuer implementation, or card platform migration.
• Strong understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and card lifecycle.
• Experience managing testing, governance, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

• Commercial Cards / Corporate Cards / Purchasing Cards / Business Debit / Virtual Cards.
• Issuer processing or payment network experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working within a bank or financial institution.
