Project Manager

The Fordy Group has been retained to identify an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering on a range of construction projects.

Our client is a leading construction and project delivery organization specializing in large-scale projects. Renowned for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, they have built a strong reputation for innovation, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project objectives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks appropriately.
• Track project performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage change requests and project documentation.
