A key member of the program and operations team, the Program Manager role is responsible for all aspects of program management and delivery in Chapel Hill, NC, other US locations, global program locations, as well as virtual programming. This individual serves as a primary customer interface with high-level corporate executive participants and manages all operational components of program delivery.
Job Type: Full-time FLSA Status: Salaried, Non-exempt Work Arrangement: Primarily on-site, in person, with some opportunity for remote work dependent upon program delivery schedule and office-specific task completionSome evening and weekend work during program deliveries required Potential domestic and international travel (up to 25% of time) Location: Chapel Hill, North Carolina — must be within commuting distance to office
Annual base salary range of $54,000-65,000, plus overtime potential. This role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan with competitive bonus potential based on performance.
