This role would suit a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator looking to transition from the builder to the client side or an Assistant Project Manager with experience delivering residential or mixed-use built-form projects.

You will ideally have experience across design management, consultant engagement, tendering, contract administration and project reporting, with a strong understanding of time, cost and quality management and the ability to effectively manage project stakeholders.
