Why this Role MattersThe Technology Product Owner supports the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of the credit union’s digital banking platforms.
This role executes against product direction and priorities established by Product Management and works closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and vendor partners to translate those priorities into actionable work, coordinate delivery activities, support platform configuration, and contribute to stable, high-quality releases across digital banking channels.
What You’ll ContributeAccountability #1: Platform Delivery & CoordinationManage and maintain the digital banking backlog in alignment with priorities established by Product Management.
Manage day-to-day backlog execution activities within priorities established by Product Management, including story clarification, work item sequencing, and acceptance of completed work.
Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories, technical requirements, and actionable work items.
Support backlog refinement, delivery planning, prioritization, and coordination activities in partnership with Product Management and delivery teams.
Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support timely execution of approved features, enhancements, and platform updates.
Accountability #2: Platform Configuration, Testing & Release SupportConfigure vendor platforms and support implementation of digital banking features, enhancements, workflows, automations, and integrations.
Use low-code/no-code tools and approved AI-enabled platform capabilities to support workflow automation, prototyping, configuration adjustments, testing, and continuous improvement where appropriate.
Support implementation and operational use of AI-enabled workflows and conversational capabilities within established guardrails.
Coordinate functional testing, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-release validation activities.
Support preparation of release notes and operational guidance to help with user readiness and adoption of new features.
Document configurations and release details to help ensure maintainability and supportability.
Accountability #3: Operational Support, Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous ImprovementCoordinate incident triage, issue resolution follow-up, and vendor or internal escalation activities for digital banking platforms.
Support system reliability through timely coordination and escalation of production issues, including after-hours incidents, in accordance with established support procedures.
Contribute to root cause analysis and translate findings into backlog improvements, process adjustments, or configuration changes.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather feedback, refine requirements, and support communication of approved platform changes and enhancements.
Monitor member feedback, usage trends, platform performance, production issues, and AI-supported interaction outcomes to identify execution-related improvement opportunities.
Maintain awareness of digital banking trends, vendor capabilities, and practical opportunities to improve platform effectiveness and support member needs.
Contribute to delivery outcomes by supporting release reliability, quality, platform stability, and effective execution of prioritized enhancements.MARGINAL DUTIESAccountability #4: Documentation & Change SupportCoordinate with business stakeholders to help ensure supporting materials and training aids reflect delivered functionality and are available for release readiness.
Assist with change communication and user readiness activities associated with platform enhancements.
Support related documentation updates as needed for new features and platform changes.
Accountability #5: Professional Development & Market AwarenessMaintain awareness of evolving digital banking capabilities, fintech trends, and vendor roadmaps relevant to the role.
Provide Product Management with execution insights, operational observations, and input that may inform future backlog and roadmap decisions.
Participate in ongoing learning to strengthen product, platform, and delivery knowledge.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with regular on-site days at the Littleton Headquarters. This work environment is subject to change based on business needs.

Pay Grade: 13FLSA Status: ExemptPay Grade Range: $94,822.37 - $108,593.04Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted pay grade range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
