We're partnering with a high-growth technology business that's transforming real-time trading through cutting-edge software and data. They're looking for a Product Owner with 3+ years' dedicated Product Owner experience who has joined a business as a Product Owner (rather than progressing into the role internally) and can bring fresh thinking, proven product ownership and strong stakeholder management.

You'll take ownership of a strategically critical product area, working alongside an exceptional engineering team to shape product direction, define requirements, prioritise delivery and build relationships with key external partners.

What you'll be doing

Own the product strategy for a business-critical trading platform.

Define and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog.

Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

Balance commercial priorities with technical trade-offs.

Build strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Work in an agile environment with fortnightly sprint cycles.

Influence the wider product strategy alongside an experienced product leadership team.

We're looking for someone who has:✔️ 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner.✔️ Joined a company directly into a Product Owner role (rather than evolving into it from BA, Project Management or Development).✔️ Experience in B2B technology, trading, fintech or other data-driven environments.✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills.✔️ Confidence making product decisions and owning priorities.✔️ Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

Bonus points for:

Experience with APIs or backend products (rather than customer-facing UI).

Exposure to Python/Jupyter for product analysis.

Knowledge of trading, betting or market data environments.
