Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for lending systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization across the lending lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support business initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Create and maintain business documentation, including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• Use Cases
• User Stories
• Process Flows
• Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating solutions against business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT/delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market changes impacting lending operations.
• Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.

• Strong understanding of lending products, lending lifecycle, credit processes, and banking regulations.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
