Data Analyst - Growth Marketing

You get to own the measurement frameworks that decide where millions in ad spend actually goes.

This is a senior-level seat, not an entry point into growth analytics. You'll be brought in at the Senior or Staff level depending on your background.

This is a DTC brand built on a simple but disruptive idea. Most retailers mark up products five to ten times the factory cost. This business cut that out. Factory-direct, premium quality, honest prices. It is working, and they are growing fast. That growth needs to be measured properly. That is where you come in.

You are building and owning the attribution models, not maintaining dashboards someone else set up before you arrived. You are running incrementality tests and marketing mix models that directly shape how the growth team spends its budget. Your analysis lands in front of decision makers and moves money.

At the Staff level, that extends further: you are the one deciding which methodology the team should even be using, not just executing inside a framework someone else built.

That is a different job to what most analysts are doing at bigger companies, where you are one of dozens working on a slice of a system you did not design and will never fully see.

You are expected to bring genuine technical depth. You know SQL and Python well. You have hands-on experience designing and owning marketing attribution models, not just consuming them, and you have run and analyzed incrementality tests yourself. You understand the difference between correlation in a dashboard and actual causal evidence, and you know how to get closer to the latter.

The opportunity here is not just the work itself. This business is in rapid expansion mode. Getting into a brand at this stage, with this level of ownership, puts you in a strong position as the team scales. Staff-level leadership is a real path from here.
