Data Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CAWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, OnsiteCompensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team for a contract position. This onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of organizations, providing data insights and analysis that drive impactful decision-making. As a key contributor, you will support various projects, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.

This position is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience who are eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment and make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection, migration, and management processes.
• Develop and maintain clear, actionable reports and dashboards to support organizational goals.
• Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
• Support data migration projects by ensuring accuracy and consistency during transfers.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing user inquiries promptly via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns within datasets to improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in written communication, data analysis, and data migration.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to support organizational success.
• Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Prior experience working within high-growth startup environments.
• Familiarity with customer support roles in tech or nonprofit sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques is a plus.
