AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Title : AWS Cloud Engineer Mode : HybridType : FTE ( No Subcontractor)Location : Atlanta / Chicago/Dallas Visa : No Sponsorship Available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud environments using services such as EC2, VPC, EKS, Lambda, RDS, and S3.
• Implement and maintain AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, including roles, policies, federated access, permission boundaries, and least-privilege access models.
• Partner with Security, DevOps, and Application teams to enforce cloud security best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements across AWS workloads.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and security controls using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud
• Formation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments using AWS Cloud
• Trail, Cloud
• Watch, Config, and other observability and security tooling.
• Drive continuous improvements in cloud security posture, access management, and operational excellence through proactive assessments, remediation, and automation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud engineering experience with 4+ years focused on AWS.Strong understanding of AWS IAM concepts, SSO/Federation, RBAC, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Cloud
• Formation, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD platforms.AWS Solutions Architect, Security Specialty, or related AWS certifications preferred.
